HitnSpin Can Cancel the Real Balance as Well as the Bonus for One Bet Over €5

HitnSpin's bonus terms and conditions keep two balances, real and bonus, and spend the real one first: "Only when the amount on the player's real balance equals to zero, he starts playing for bonus money." The document sets the rules for every bonus on the site, but it does not state a wagering multiple. That number sits in each offer's own conditions.

• One bet over €5 can cost the real balance. The maximum bet with casino bonus money is 5 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/CHF per spin, the risk game included, and a bought feature counts as a spin. The sanction reads: "Violation of this rule at any stage of the gameplay or betting, regardless of the outcome, will lead to the cancellation of all player's balances (real and bonus), the forfeiture of any winnings derived from such bet(s), and/or account closure. The decision is made entirely at the discretion of HitnSpin administration." The words "regardless of the outcome" cover a losing bet as well as a winning one.
• Three more routes to the real balance. "In case we determine the player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods aimed at safe wagering of this bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of the current real and bonus balances, and may as well get blocked for the bonus abuse." On a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse HitnSpin also reserves the right to void the player's real money balance, and on postponed rounds the terms say: "Any postponed games, bonuses and/or free games lead to the cancellation of winnings and confiscation of the player’s balance." The first clause lists three things abuse may also include but never says what a known method of safe wagering is, and the suspicion clause cites points 10, 14 and 16 of a document with no numbered points.
• Five days for every bonus. "If after this period any of the bonuses is not wagered, they will be automatically voided. The exception is those bonuses whose validity period is indicated in their detailed conditions." With no multiple in this document, a player cannot tell from it how much play the five days have to hold.
• Whole categories and 41 providers do not count. "Casino bonuses can't be wagered in the live casino, table games, and instant games." Bonus wagering is also prohibited on every game from 41 providers, among them Hacksaw, NolimitCity, Playtech, PushGaming, RedTiger and Wazdan, and on a list of named slots arranged by letter, where the section for titles beginning with a number alone names 43 games. A slot that is allowed may still not count in full.
• Well-known slots count half. "Only 50% of bets are counted while wagering at the following games" covers all Gamomat games and named slots including Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza 1000 and Big Bass Bonanza, and Big Bass - Hold & Spinner counts 15%. • Replacement free spins need a paid spin first. "For the successful launch of these free spins, you need to make a paid spin in this game using real balance." Free spins offered in place of unavailable ones cost a real-money spin to start.
• A deposit lifts the no-deposit cap only by itself. Winnings from a no-deposit bonus above its maximum cashout are deducted at withdrawal, and "When a player makes a deposit after claiming the no-deposit bonus, the maximum cashout limit will be increased by the amount of the deposit." In the document's own example a 500 EUR cap becomes 600 EUR after a 100 EUR deposit. The extra 100 EUR of headroom is the player's own deposit.
• The deposit can be taken out before wagering. "Players may request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions." All cash bonuses, free spins, Wheel of Fortune spins and the loyalty points multiplier are forfeited when the withdrawal is created, and "In case the withdrawal transaction was cancelled (any reason), bonuses are not reverted." The deposit is never locked behind the bonus, and the price of taking it out is everything the bonus came with.

A player can always walk away with the deposit before wagering is finished. Once it is played next to a bonus, four separate clauses let a breach of the bonus rules reach it, and the clause with the €5 limit applies whether the bet won or lost.
