What this means for players
A 15x wagering requirement is low against the 35x to 50x most casinos publish, and it comes with a three-day clock. Every deposit bonus, no-deposit bonus and free-spin batch expires 72 hours after it lands, the maximum bet while wagering is €5, and the games most likely to clear a requirement quickly are the ones excluded from contributing.
- Bonus wagering. Deposit and no-deposit bonuses carry a 15x wagering requirement. On a non-sticky bonus only the bonus funds are wagered; on a sticky bonus the deposit and bonus are combined and the 15x applies to both, which on a 100% match is the same money as 30x of the bonus alone. Free-spin winnings are credited as Bonus Money and carry its wagering.
- Bonus expiration. Deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses and free spins all expire 3 days after being credited, and any unfinished bonus balance is forfeited. A €100 bonus at 15x is €1,500 of turnover in 72 hours.
- Max cashout caps. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at €/$100; anything above it is forfeited once wagering completes. The clause is worded "maximum winnings from any bonus" but appears only under the no-deposit and free-spins sections, so a player cannot tell from the document whether a deposit bonus is capped.
- Game restrictions. Jackpot games, table games, video poker and live casino contribute nothing to wagering, and a named list of high-RTP slots — Dead or Alive 2, Blood Suckers, Book of 99, Jack Hammer among them — is excluded outright. The games that clear a requirement fastest are the ones removed from the count.
- Maximum bet. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is €5, including gamble features and mini-games, and larger bets will not be accepted. The same clause then reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and confiscate all winnings for "irregular game play", without saying whether a bet over the limit is one.
- Bonus abuse. Using a VPN or proxy to hide or change an IP address to take advantage of promotions, moving from large high-variance bets to small normal-variance ones after a big win to clear wagering, and placing contradictory bets in the same market are each defined as abuse. Where HotSlots finds it, the terms state no obligation to refund anything beyond the original deposit; the finding is the casino's own.
- Governing language. Where the English text and a local-language version differ, the Polish version prevails — a player reading in English is reading the version that loses.
The requirement is small and the window is smaller. Fifteen times the bonus in three days, at €5 a spin, on games chosen for how slowly they clear it.

A HotSlots deposit can be refunded only if the request is made within 24 hours, and only for the part of it still sitting in the account — the policy refunds a balance, not a deposit. The route runs through a dispute first, the casino may ask for ID, proof of address no older than three months and proof of payment, and it reserves the right to hold any refund until it is satisfied who the account holder is. Processing is stated at up to 5 working days. Deposits are kept in bank accounts separate from the operator's own; the policy says nothing about what that separation protects.
Any login from a new country triggers a 6-digit authentication code to the phone number or email given at registration, and uploaded ID documents are checked for metadata, security features and signs of AI-generated or forged content. The policy names the GDPR as its applicable law and lists the access, correction, erasure and objection rights that come with it. The clause with the widest reach concerns people who never registered: when a deposit is attempted with a payment method registered to someone else, that person's identification and card details are processed and kept for up to five years under anti-money-laundering rules.
HotSlots caps any single win at €/$50,000 and voids everything above it — while regular players can withdraw only €/$5,000 a month. Winning the maximum the terms permit would take ten months to collect. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are €/$500 and €/$1,500; even VIP players are held to €/$22,500 a month. A 10% administrative charge (minimum €/$10) applies to payouts of deposits that were never wagered, and withdrawal requests take up to 3 business days to process.
