HotSlots Sets a €50,000 Single-Win Limit and May Apply Withdrawal Limits of up to €5,000 a Month

HotSlots sets a Single Win Limit of €/$50,000 and a Daily Win Limit of €/$100,000, and reserves the right to void winnings above them. It also reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits, and for a regular customer the monthly limit that may apply is up to €/$5,000. One win at the Single Win Limit would therefore take ten months to collect at the regular monthly limit.

• Withdrawal Limits: The Company reserves the right to apply limits to players' withdrawals, and the terms list limits that "may apply", "including but not limited to" daily, weekly and monthly limits. The maximum withdrawal amount is also set by the chosen payment method. For a regular customer they are up to €/$500 daily, €/$1,500 weekly and €/$5,000 monthly; for High Value and VIP customers, up to €/$2,500, €/$7,500 and €/$22,500. At the regular monthly limit, a €10,000 withdrawal would take two months.
• Maximum Win Limits: The Single Win Limit is €/$50,000 for a single win, spin, bet, game round or wager, and the Daily Win Limit is €/$100,000 across all winnings in a calendar day. Where either is exceeded, the Company reserves the right to void the winnings above it, and to void wagers, winnings or game results derived from the excess. The €/$50,000 single-win limit is therefore not the most the terms permit in a day, and a win above either limit is not guaranteed to be paid.
• Wagering & Fees: All deposited funds must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal. A 10% administrative charge (minimum €/$10) from the last deposit may be applied to payout requests for amounts deposited that have not been used at least once for playing casino games. At least one real money deposit must also be made and wagered before the first withdrawal. The charge therefore falls on a deposit withdrawn without being played.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it can take HotSlots up to 3 business days to process it, and the terms add that HotSlots will do its best to process requests immediately. Three business days is the longest processing time the terms state.
• KYC & Verification: No withdrawals for a cumulative amount of €/$2,000 or more are processed until identity documents are submitted and verified, and HotSlots reserves the right to verify identity, age and location at any time before processing any amount. The terms require coloured scans of a driving licence, passport or EEA/EU identity card, and proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 6 months); black and white copies are not accepted. Verification can therefore be requested before a withdrawal of any size.
• Account Closure & Irregular Play: HotSlots reserves the right to terminate an account and retain all remaining funds for irregular play, which the terms define "as, but not limited to" examples such as delaying a game round to a time when no wagering requirement remains, leaving large bets on a table, and depositing and withdrawing soon after. The same right applies where payment providers or game or sports suppliers have identified bonus abuse or fraud. Where collusion or organised betting is confirmed, HotSlots reserves the right to confiscate any remaining account balances. Because the irregular-play list is open, a player cannot tell from the document every conduct that can end with the balance retained.
• Dormancy Fees: An account with a real-money balance and no bets recorded for 6 consecutive months is an Inactive Account, and HotSlots will charge €5 every 30 days as an administrative fee for as long as a positive balance remains. A balance left unplayed for six months starts losing €5 every 30 days.

Together, the win limits and the withdrawal limits mean a large win is capped at the top and paid out slowly: a win at the €/$50,000 Single Win Limit takes ten months to withdraw at the regular monthly limit.
