Ice Casino Refunds No Payment Once Pay Is Clicked and Reserves a Fee on Withdrawing Unplayed Money

Payment Fees Refund Policy Assessed 30 Aug 2026 Assessed by VistaGamble Argus

Worse for players

Slightly Negative

Ice Casino's Refund Policy opens by ruling refunds out: a payment counts as processed and non-refundable from the moment the Pay button is clicked. Money that was never played can still leave as a withdrawal, but the casino reserves the right to keep a fee equivalent to its costs on it, and the policy never says what those costs are. A withdrawal above 1,000 US dollars requires a copy of a passport or ID card, and of both sides of the card for a player who deposited by card. The only route back for an unplayed deposit is a withdrawal on which the casino may keep a fee whose size the policy never states.

What this means for players

Ice Casino's Refund Policy is a single short page, and the word refund appears in it only to say that none is given. What it actually governs is the way money leaves the account: a withdrawal open at any time, a reserved fee on unplayed funds, an identity check above 1,000 US dollars and a fraud clause.

  • No refund from the first click. “Upon clicking the "Pay" button, your payment is considered processed and non-refundable.” The next sentence adds: “By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that you cannot cancel or request a refund for your payment.” A deposit made by mistake has no refund route in this document, only the withdrawal route that follows.
  • Withdrawals at any time, on two conditions. A withdrawal can be requested at any time provided that every payment into the account has been verified, with none cancelled or reversed, and that any required verification has been properly conducted. The promise of a withdrawal at any time holds only once both conditions are met.
  • A fee on money that was never played. “We reserve the right to retain a fee equivalent to our costs for the withdrawal of funds that were not used in gameplay.” The size of the fee is tied to costs the policy does not list, so a player cannot work out in advance what taking an unplayed deposit back will cost.
  • Identity check above 1,000 US dollars. “If the requested withdrawal amount exceeds one thousand US dollars, we are required to conduct an identification procedure, which involves sending us a copy or digital photograph of your identification document (photo page), such as a passport or ID card.” A player who deposited by card also sends both sides of it, showing the first six and last four digits with the CVV2 code covered, and may cover the passport series and number. The trigger is a stated amount on a single withdrawal, and the player is told exactly which digits may be hidden.
  • The balance is not a bank deposit. “You recognize and agree that your account is not a bank account, and therefore, it is not subject to any insurance mechanisms, guarantees, replenishments, or other protection tools from deposit insurance systems or bank insurance, as well as any similar insurance systems.” No interest is paid on it either. Money left in the account sits outside every deposit-protection scheme.
  • Suspicion is enough to recover winnings. “In the event of suspicious or fraudulent funding transactions, including the use of stolen credit cards and/or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargebacks or cancellations of payments), the Company reserves the right to block your account, cancel any payments made, and recover any winnings.” The trigger includes transactions that are only suspicious, and the policy does not say who decides what counts as suspicious.

The policy is short and plain about direction: money goes in for good, and comes out only as a withdrawal. Everything a player could lose on the way out, from the fee on unplayed funds to the winnings on a suspicious payment, is a right the casino reserves rather than a rule with a number on it.
