Clause 7.16, new in iWild's General Terms & Conditions in the version captured on 10 September 2026, reserves the right to submit any player's gameplay, betting activity, transactions and winnings for verification by game providers, sportsbook providers and internal and external financial and compliance departments. During such a review iWild may temporarily suspend withdrawals, deposits, gameplay or account access without prior notice, and "The outcome of any Provider Check or Financial Review shall be final and binding." If violations, irregular play, bonus abuse or breaches of the terms are confirmed, iWild reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, confiscate bonuses and close the account. The clause sets no limit on how long a temporary suspension may last, and it makes final the review that decides whether the winnings stand.

What this means for players

iWild added one clause to its General Terms & Conditions between the captures of 27 August and 10 September 2026, clause 7.16, at the end of the Withdrawal Policy section. Nothing else in the document changed, and its first line still states that the terms entered into force on 01/06/2025.

  • Any player can be reviewed. "iWild reserves the right to submit any Player's gameplay, betting activity, transactions, and winnings for verification by game providers, sportsbook providers, and/or internal and external financial and compliance departments." The clause names no event that starts a review, so the choice of whose account goes under one is iWild's.
  • The account can be frozen without notice. "During such reviews, iWild may temporarily suspend withdrawals, deposits, gameplay, or account access without prior notice." The suspension is described as temporary and given no maximum length, so a pending withdrawal can wait for as long as the review runs.
  • The result binds the player. "The outcome of any Provider Check or Financial Review shall be final and binding." Neither Provider Check nor Financial Review appears in the definitions in section 18 or anywhere else in the document. The player is bound by the result of a review that the terms name but never describe.
  • What a confirmed finding can cost. "If violations, irregular play, bonus abuse, or breaches of these Terms are confirmed, iWild reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, confiscate bonuses, and/or close the Player's account". Section 13.5 already counts fulfilling wagering requirements in a very short time frame as irregular play. Cancelling winnings is not limited to bonus winnings, and a breach of any of the terms is enough to reach them.
  • Beside the powers that were already there. Clause 16.1 already let iWild withhold payment of winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, and clause 16.2 already made iWild the final decision-maker on whether the rules were broken. What 7.16 adds is the freeze while the checks run and a named review whose outcome is final. The decision was already iWild's, and the waiting time before it now has no stated end.

The terms already let iWild keep winnings it believed were won in breach. The new clause adds a period before that decision in which withdrawals can stop without notice, and the document's own date line was not moved to show the change.
