Slightly Negative

Clause 2.3 of iWild's Privacy Policy, last updated on 01/05/2024, states: "In order to make a withdrawal, a player must play through active deposited amounts at least once prior to withdrawal." Clause 7.5 of iWild's General Terms & Conditions, in force from 01/06/2025, requires the same deposits to be played through at least thrice, and neither document says which one applies. The policy also asks for ID documents in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet or a video verification, holds every payout until the account is fully verified, names no company behind the site and gives no retention period for player data. A $100 deposit needs $100 of bets before a withdrawal under one document and $300 under the other.

What this means for players

iWild's Privacy Policy was last updated on 01/05/2024, by its own first clause. It identifies the business only as iwildcasino2.io and iWild, and gives one email address, for a Data Protection Officer at compliance@iwildcasino2.io. Its second section carries withdrawal and identity rules that belong to the general terms, and one of them disagrees with them.

  • Once here, three times in the general terms (clause 2.3). "In order to make a withdrawal, a player must play through active deposited amounts at least once prior to withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices." Clause 7.5 of the General Terms & Conditions, dated thirteen months later, states: "To make a withdrawal, a Player must play through active deposited amounts at least thrice before the withdrawal." Both documents cite the same anti-money-laundering practice for the rule, and they set its number at once and at three times.
  • ID in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or on video (clauses 2.4 and 2.5). Verification can include a selfie with a document, and the documents asked for must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. The clause goes on: "In case a player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in the above-mentioned alphabet, the Casino reserves the right to demand video verification where the player shows his/her documents." The Company also reserves the right to make a phone call to the number on the account, and "Until the account is fully verified, no payouts will be processed." A player whose documents are in another alphabet can be asked to verify on camera, and no payout leaves before the last step is complete.
  • No company and no retention period (clauses 1.1 and 6). "We will only retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected." The policy then lists five reasons for keeping data after a player stops using the services, among them anti-money-laundering and licensing rules, and gives no period for any of them. A player who closes an account cannot tell from the policy how long the data stays, or which company keeps it.
  • Health data and recorded calls (clauses 3.2.4, 3.3.1 and 4.4.1). The data collected may include special categories of data, among them data revealing health, which the policy ties to responsible gambling, and phone calls with players may be monitored or recorded. Such data is processed only on one of four grounds, explicit consent being one, and affordability checks appear among the purposes. The responsible-gambling record a player builds is classed by the policy itself as health data.
  • Automated decisions, and the exceptions to the right against them (clause 7.9). Clause 7.9 states: "These automated decisions can affect the products, services or features we may offer you now or in the future, or the ability to use our services." Where iWild thinks there is a risk of fraud, it may block or suspend the account. The right not to be subject to such a decision does not apply when the processing is necessary for a contract with the player, authorised by law or based on explicit consent, and requests are answered within one month, extendable by one more. The first exception is the contract every registered player has already accepted.
  • Termination without compensation (clause 11.2). "If you are found to be in breach of your obligations or if we have reasonable suspicion that the information you provide is false or incomplete or in any way contrary to Data Protection Law or this Privacy Policy, we retain the right to reject your application for registration or to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice. In this case, you have no right to any compensation due to the rejection of your application, or the suspension or termination of your account." The clause rules out compensation for the closure itself and says nothing about the balance left in the account.

The policy lists the rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object, and the right to complain to a national data protection regulator. What it does not settle is the number a withdrawal depends on, which it states differently from the general terms that came after it.

iWild Bonus Terms & Conditions
-7 Score
Very Negative Initial Assessment

Clause 3.11 of iWild's Bonus Terms & Conditions subjects each bonus in the Welcome Bonus Pack to a wagering requirement of sixty times (x60) the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount, and clause 1.11 makes every bonus valid for 24 hours from the moment it is received unless otherwise specified. The welcome section sets no period of its own, and the match, minimum deposit and maximum cashout are left to the promo code or referral link. Clause 2.12 adds that the original bonus's maximum cashout continues to apply after bonus funds are converted to USDT and played on. At a 100% match, a $100 deposit and a $100 bonus need $12,000 of bets, 120 times the bonus, inside a day unless the offer gives longer.

iWild General Terms & Conditions
-7 Score
Very Negative Initial Assessment

Clause 9.1 of iWild's General Terms & Conditions treats an account as dormant after six consecutive months without a login and reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of either 5% of the balance or a maximum of 100 USD flat, whichever is greater, debited at the start of every month the account stays inactive. Clause 9.4 states that after 48 months of inactivity the account balance will be confiscated. Every deposit must be played through three times before a withdrawal, withdrawals are capped at $500 per transaction and $1,000 a day, and three separate clauses let iWild close an account at its absolute discretion without giving a reason. The fee clause calls $100 a maximum and then says whichever is greater, so a player cannot tell from it whether $100 a month is the most iWild can charge or the least.
