Novajackpot Removes the €50 and €100 Free-Spin Caps Detected Two Days Earlier

One clause and its clause number left the Welcome Package terms in the capture detected on 22 August. Nothing was added.

• Gone: the free-spin cap (Clause 19 of the text detected on 20 August). The sentence limiting release to 50 EUR / 225 PLN / 500 NOK / 75 AUD / 300 BRL / 75 CAD / CHF 55 / 50.000 CLP / 1 250 CZK / 20.000 HUF / 100 NZD / 250 PEN / 50 USD for up to 50 free spins, or twice that for more than 50, and the sentence "Any amount exceeding that will be voided", are both removed. On the reading that the cap applied to each deposit bonus, the 250 spins in the headline lose their €250 ceiling.
• Still there: the 10x release cap, twice. Clause 12, "Winnings from the bonus funds are subject to a maximum release of 10x the bonus amount credited", is unchanged, and Clause 18 keeps the wording it received in the edit detected on 20 August: "The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 10x the initial bonus amount." A €1,000 first-deposit bonus still pays out €10,000 at most. The document does not say whether the 10x cap of Clauses 12 and 18 also reaches free-spin winnings.
• Still gone: the two clauses deleted in the edit detected on 20 August. The clause on denying a bonus "at any time, including prior to crediting" and the clause on requesting ID, proof of address and proof of payment before crediting a bonus were removed in that edit and are not restored. Nor is the sentence "We may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds the Max Win amount applicable to your bonus."
• Still there: 35x, 40x, 10 days, €100 maximum bet. Clauses 11, 13 and 15 are as they were in July.

A player who read the terms before the edit detected on 20 August and reads them again after the one detected on 22 August finds the same 10x ceiling on the bonus. The cap appeared in the capture of 20 August and was gone from the capture of 22 August.
