NovaJackpot Terms Review: Strict Win Caps and Low Limits
Worse for players
Very NegativeNovaJackpot's terms are highly restrictive and generally player-hostile, highlighted by a strict 5x maximum win cap on all casino bonuses. Additionally, players face very low withdrawal limits starting at just 500 EUR per day and a predatory clause that voids all remaining funds if you voluntarily close your account with a positive balance. The wagering requirements are also steep, demanding a 35x deposit plus bonus rollover on casino promotions.

What this means for players
NovaJackpot presents a highly restrictive set of terms and conditions that heavily favor the operator over the player. While the site offers a gamified experience with challenges and shop rewards, the underlying rules contain several predatory clauses, low withdrawal thresholds, and strict win caps that make it difficult for players to enjoy or cash out their winnings fairly.
- Max Cashout / Win Caps: Extremely player-hostile. Clause 7.16 dictates that all casino bonuses are capped at a maximum withdrawal limit of 5x the bonus amount received. Furthermore, registration no-deposit free spins are capped at a meager 30 EUR (Clause 7.15). Even shop bonuses and Bonus Crab rewards are limited to a 5x win cap, severely limiting the upside of any promotional play.
- Bonus Wagering / Playthrough: Highly demanding. Standard casino bonuses require a rollover of 35x the sum of the deposit and the bonus (Clause 7.11). For a 100% match, this is effectively a 70x wagering requirement on the bonus alone. Free spins winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement, while Bonus Crab rewards require a steep 50x rollover.
- Withdrawal Limits and Processing: Very restrictive. Daily withdrawal limits for Level 1 and Level 2 players are capped at just 500 EUR per day and 7,000 EUR / 10,000 EUR per month respectively (Clause 6.11). Even at the highest VIP level (Level 5), the daily limit is only 2,000 EUR. Furthermore, the financial department only processes withdrawals Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, taking up to 3 business days per request (Clause 6.15).
- Account Closure and Fund Forfeiture: Highly predatory. Clause 3.7 states that if a player requests to close their account with a positive balance or pending withdrawals, all funds on the account will be voided. This is an extremely unfair clause, as legitimate cash balances should always be returned to the player upon voluntary account closure.
- Deposit Rollover and Fees: Restrictive. Players must roll over their deposited funds at least 1x before withdrawing. Failure to do so results in the casino cancelling all winnings and charging a commission of 10% to 15% (Clause 6.8). Additionally, Clause 6.7 features a bizarre rule requiring a minimum monthly wagering threshold of 20 EUR within the calendar month of the withdrawal request just to be eligible for a payout.
- Inactivity Fees: Standard. Accounts are deemed inactive after 180 days of no login activity, after which a monthly administrative fee of 5 EUR is charged (Clause 6.18).
- Game Restrictions: Massive. The terms contain an incredibly long list of prohibited and excluded games (Clause 7.10) that cannot be played at all while a bonus is active, creating a minefield for players trying to clear wagering requirements.
Players should exercise extreme caution when playing at NovaJackpot, particularly when accepting bonuses. The combination of a 5x maximum win cap on bonuses, high wagering requirements, and exceptionally low daily withdrawal limits makes it very difficult to walk away with significant winnings. Most importantly, players must be aware that voluntarily closing their account will result in the complete forfeiture of any remaining cash balance. We advise reading these terms thoroughly and keeping track of your wagering status to avoid accidental breaches.
