Worse for players

Slightly Negative

The Rolling Slots bonus terms cap what bonuses can pay out in three tiers: €50 on no-deposit bonuses given at registration, €100 on loyalty no-deposit bonuses and free spins, and €500 on bonuses from tournaments, the Bonus Shop or a new loyalty level, with anything above deducted from the balance. A bonus must be activated within 48 hours of being credited and is then valid for 5 days unless the promotion says otherwise, the maximum bet is €5, and slots are the only games that count in full. The terms say only that a bonus must be wagered a certain number of times and leave the multiple to each promotion page, so the clock is fixed here while the amount it measures is set somewhere else.

What this means for players

These are the general bonus terms of Rolling Slots, and the page states that they apply to every promotion, with each promotion page able to add rules of its own. They fix the caps, the clock, the bet limit and the game list. The wagering multiple is not among them.

  • Three caps on what a bonus can pay. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses granted at registration can be withdrawn up to €50 or $50, winnings from loyalty no-deposit bonuses and free spins up to €100, and winnings from tournament, Bonus Shop or new-loyalty-level bonuses up to €500. "Any additional winnings will be deducted from the balance." No cap is set for deposit bonuses in this document, so all three limits fall on bonuses a player did not make a deposit to receive.
  • Forty-eight hours, then five days. "A bonus must be activated within 48 hours of being credited to the user's balance." Then: "A bonus is valid for 5 days after activation, unless otherwise specified. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, both the bonus money and any resulting winnings will be canceled." Unless a promotion sets its own period, a bonus lasts seven days at most from credit to cancellation, measured against a multiple this page does not state.
  • A €5 limit that reaches real money. "The maximum bet amount when a bonus is active is 5 EUR / 7 CAD / 8 AUD / 8 NZD / 50 NOK / 40 DKK / 20 PLN / 5 CHF / 2 000 HUF / 5 USD." It includes bonus buys and bet doubling, and the terms add: "When using an activated bonus, players' withdrawable money is used first, then the bonus money." Because withdrawable money is spent first, the €5 limit applies to bets placed with the player's own money for as long as a bonus is active.
  • Roulette counts 5%, and table games are not available. The contribution table gives slots 100%, eligible instant games 10% and roulette 5%, except live dealer games. The next line reads: "Live Dealer games, Table games, and Jackpots are not available for play with an active bonus." A player cannot tell from the document whether a roulette spin counts at 5% or is not allowed at all.
  • About 1,200 excluded games. Beyond the categories above, the terms list roughly 1,200 games from more than 80 providers that are not available with an active bonus, plus every game from Amusnet, EGT Digital and Red Tiger. Only 32 named instant games may be played with a bonus. The list is long enough that checking a game before each session is the only safe way to play with a bonus.
  • One offer per household. "Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, current account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill and etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)." Two adults who share an address or a computer share one offer.
  • Leaving early costs the bonus winnings. "Players may request a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirements. In this case, both the bonus money and any resulting winnings will be canceled." Only the remaining funds are paid out. The way out is always open, and it costs every win made with the bonus.
  • Two clauses with a wide reach. Delaying a game round until wagering is over, or making a new deposit while free spins are still active, is prohibited, and the casino reserves the right to cancel all winnings. A separate clause reads: "The casino reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings and to confiscate all funds from the account if they were obtained unfairly or in violation of the rules." The document never defines "unfairly", and the sanction it attaches reaches all funds in the account, not only the bonus.

The terms fix on this page what a player has to work within: three caps, five days and a €5 bet. The number that decides whether five days is enough, the wagering multiple, is set promotion by promotion.
