Under clause 2.5.1 of the Rolling Slots General Terms & Conditions, a player who does not pass a video verification call at the time agreed with the Risk Department faces a reserved right to cancel all winnings and close the account without the right to recovery. Clause 2.5 confiscates winnings and closes the account permanently when documents are not provided within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request. Withdrawals start at €500 a day and €10,000 a month at levels 1 to 10, and a withdrawal requested before the deposit has been bet three times can cost up to 10%. Both verification steps put the winnings at stake, and one of them turns on a single appointment.

What this means for players

The Rolling Slots General Terms & Conditions name a Cyprus-registered operator, a parent company in Curaçao and a Curaçao eGaming licence, and run to 34 sections. Clause 2.5 makes verification a condition of every withdrawal, and two provisions, one inside clause 2.5 and one in clause 2.5.1, decide what happens to winnings when verification is not completed.

  • A missed video call. Clause 2.5.1 gives the Risk Department the right to request video verification, and "if the player does not pass the verification procedure by video call at an agreed time with the representative of the Risk Department, the Site Administration reserves the right to cancel all winnings and close the account without the right to recovery." The terms describe no second attempt.
  • Documents within 30 calendar days. Documents must be provided within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request, and "If you fail to verify your account in established time, winnings will be confiscated and your account will be permanently closed due to failed verification procedure." The KYC Department works Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3). The deadline runs in calendar days and the desk that checks the documents works weekdays.
  • €500 a day at the entry level. The withdrawal table sets €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €10,000 per month for levels 1 to 10, rising to €1,000 per day and €25,000 per month at levels 86 to 100, with no more than three requests open at once. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3). Reaching the €10,000 monthly cap at the entry level takes 20 days of maximum withdrawals.
  • Three times the deposit, or 10%. The AML section states that a player always needs to have placed at least three deposit amounts in bets before withdrawing. Clause 9.3 gives the company the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal when bets are below three times the deposit, and lets the financial department refuse the withdrawal with a charge of 10% of the withdrawal amount and ask the player to finish the wagering. The same shortfall is a bar in one section and a charge in another.
  • Fees on dormant accounts and on chargebacks. After six months without real-money play the company reserves the right to charge 10 EUR a month, and an account dormant for 12 consecutive months is inactive: if the company tried to make contact and had no answer, it has the right to delete the account, and "Any positive balance will be voided." During a chargeback, "A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for each email sent", and the clause allows a first notification and two more. The player's silence sets the price, up to €150.
  • Suspicion reaches the deposit. Clause 14.7 reserves the right, at the casino's own discretion, to void any winnings and to forfeit any balance, winnings and deposits alike, where there are strong reasons to believe an IP address was disguised, for example with a VPN, where there is reasonable ground to suspect forged documents, or where the player is suspected of bonus abuse or even of an attempt at it. Clause 2.6 gives the company the right to confiscate deposits made with a duplicate account. Clause 14.7 turns on what the casino believes, and in both clauses the deposit sits inside what the casino can take.

The limits are set out level by level and currency by currency. The sanctions are where the document leaves most to the casino: they turn on a deadline, an appointment or a belief, and several of them reach the deposit as well as the winnings.
