Slotoro Casino May Limit Withdrawals to €5,000 per 30 Days Once Balance and Cashouts Reach 20 Times Deposits
Worse for players
NegativeClause 8.17 of Slotoro Casino's general terms lets the casino limit a player to 5,000 EUR per 30 days once the withdrawal request, the current balance and lifetime withdrawals together reach 20 times the player's total deposits. Every withdrawal also has an approval ceiling set by its size, from 2 working days for up to 499 EUR to 30 working days for more than 30,000 EUR, weekends and holidays excluded, and clause 8.11.6 reserves the right to withhold 20% of a withdrawal when turnover is, in the clause's words, "2 (two) times less than the deposit". Clause 11.4 reaches furthest: an account closed on a suspicion of conduct "otherwise in violation of the Terms" leaves the company under no obligation to refund the funds in it. The further a player's wins outrun their deposits, the more of the payout schedule is the casino's to set.

What this means for players
Slotoro.bet is run by Wiraon B.V. of Willemstad, Curaçao, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/686/0183, with payments handled by Briantie Limited of Limassol, Cyprus. The general terms run to 32 sections, and the withdrawal rules in section 8 carry most of their weight.
- A 5,000 EUR limit tied to how much a player has won. Clause 8.17 reads: "In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days." The word is "may", so the limit is the casino's to apply or not. A player who deposited 500 EUR in total and holds 10,000 EUR has reached the line, and at 5,000 EUR per 30 days that balance takes two periods to collect.
- Approval times grow with the amount. Clauses 8.13 to 8.16 set the ceilings for players who have passed KYC: up to 499 EUR within 2 working days, 500 to 4,999 EUR within 5, 5,000 to 29,999 EUR within 14, and more than 30,000 EUR within 30, each "except for weekends and holidays". Thirty working days is six calendar weeks before a single public holiday is counted, and a request of exactly 30,000 EUR sits in neither of the last two bands.
- 20% withheld on low turnover, in a sentence that reads two ways. Clause 8.11.6: "if the turnover amount is 2 (two) times less than the deposit, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% of withdrawal in order to cover payment expenses." Clause 8.12 adds a second rule for the same situation: "We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs for the withdrawal of funds that have not been put into play." "Two times less" can mean turnover below twice the deposit or below half of it, and one clause prices the charge at a fifth of the withdrawal while the next prices it at cost, so a player cannot tell from the document which threshold or which charge applies.
- Half of an SMS deposit reaches the account. Clause 8.5 allows deposits by paid SMS from one phone number, and states: "Only half of the added sum goes to Your Account." Clause 8.11.5 then delays a withdrawal of money transferred from a phone operator "for 2-3 weeks due to the fraud check". A 20 EUR top-up by text message puts 10 EUR in the account.
- An edited photo is treated as fraud. Clause 6.7.2 prohibits photo editing software, AI tools, filters, background alteration tools and enhancement software on any verification material, and 6.7.4 reads: "Any detected or reasonably suspected use of edited, manipulated, AI-generated, forged or falsified materials shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may be treated as fraudulent activity under Clause 11 (Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity)." Under 6.7.5 the company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate funds obtained in breach. A reasonable suspicion is enough, no finding is needed, and the banned list runs from deepfakes to a background filter.
- A suspicion can cost the whole balance. Clause 11.4 lets the company terminate or block an account where it suspects "fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity", including conduct "otherwise in violation of the Terms", and continues: "If your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in Your Account." A suspected breach of any clause can open it, and the money at stake includes deposits as well as winnings.
- Ten days to report a game fault, to the minute. Clause 15.2 gives a player 10 days from the incident to contact support about frozen games or uncredited winnings, and states: "It is imperative that the player provides the exact time of the incident, accurate to the minute, to aid in the investigation." It goes on: "If this condition is not met, the casino administration reserves the right to decline the review of the case for technical reasons." Clause 22.2 makes the server's records the final authority in any dispute, so the minute the player gives is checked against a log only the casino holds.
- Closing your own account ends withdrawals. Clause 31.2, in the section on personal limits and self-exclusion, reads: "After you deactivate your account, you will not be able to log in, open a new account or withdraw money." Clause 13.5.3, on accounts the company terminates, reads: "Save for as otherwise provided herein, on termination any balance in Your Account will be returned to you within a reasonable time of your request, subject always to our right to deduct any amounts owed by you to us." The terms promise the balance back, less anything owed, when the casino ends the relationship, and rule out a withdrawal for the player who deactivates an account to stop gambling.
None of these clauses forbids a large win. They decide how fast it arrives, how much of it can be held back, and which suspicion closes the account with the balance still inside it.
