BitStarz Gives Welcome Bonuses 7 Days, Other Bonuses 24 Hours by Default and Free Spins One Day to Open

The BitStarz Bonus Terms and Conditions, last updated on 25 June 2025, have three parts: no-deposit bonuses (clauses 1.1 to 1.7), free spins (2.1 to 2.11) and general bonus terms (3.1 to 3.29). Most of what a player can lose sits in the clocks and the forfeiture rules rather than in the wagering multiple.

• 40 times on bonuses and on free-spin winnings (clauses 2.3 and 3.4). "All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 (forty) times before the funds can be withdrawn." Winnings from free spins carry a wagering requirement of 40 as well. Games with progressive jackpots or accumulating mechanics are excluded, "Table games, live games, instant-win games, lotteries, and bingo typically contribute 5% towards wagering requirements", and the list of excluded games is "dynamic". At a 5% contribution, every 1 EUR of requirement takes 20 EUR of stakes.
• 7 days for the welcome package, 24 hours by default for the rest (clauses 3.7, 3.8 and 3.28). "All bonuses that are a part of the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days. All other bonuses (unless otherwise stated) will expire after 24 hours from being issued." Expiry takes the winnings too: "Bonus funds and any winnings accumulated while using the bonus will be forfeited if the bonus expires or is cancelled", and "expired/cancelled bonuses and free spins can not be reinstated". The same 40 times gets seven days in one offer and, by default, one day in the others.
• Free spins have a one-day clock at each end (clauses 2.1, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.7). Free spins must be opened "within 1 day of them being credited" and all rounds completed within 1 day of activation, or they expire. The 180 welcome free spins are credited in sets of 20, the first right after the first deposit and the rest 24 hours apart, and the qualifying deposit "must be wagered at least once within 24 hours of depositing". Cancelling any part of the welcome free spins before completion "will forfeit the remaining free spins", so cancelling the sixth set ends sets 7 to 9.
• No-deposit winnings capped at 100 and locked behind a 20 deposit (clauses 1.1, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6). The maximum paid from a bonus or free spins received "without any deposit being required" is 100 EUR/USD/USDT (150 CAD/AUD/NZD, 1,000 NOK, 0.00131 BTC and other currencies), and "Any winnings exceeding this limit, including those obtained through additional play after meeting the bonus wagering requirements, will be forfeited." No winnings can be withdrawn until the player has transferred at least 20 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/USDT. Players with disposable email addresses are not eligible for no-deposit free spins, and 64 countries are named as ineligible for them. Winnings also stay locked until the wagering requirement has been met. In EUR, USD and USDT the required deposit is one fifth of the cap.
• A 5 EUR maximum bet that includes double-ups and bonus buys (clauses 3.9 and 3.10). "Until the playthrough requirements have been met, the maximum allowable bet with a bonus active is 5 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/USDT", and the restriction "also applies to double-up wagers after a game round has been completed" and to in-game features that can be bought like "bonus-buys". Placed bets come out of the cash balance first and out of the bonus balance only when no cash balance is available. A bonus-buy priced above 5 EUR is over the limit while a bonus is on.
• Four earlier deposits for the weekly offers, and a reload that can be cut to 25% (clauses 2.10 and 3.2.3). A player must "have made 4 deposits prior to participating in the Wednesday Free Spins promotion", and the same applies to Reload Monday, not counting the deposit that claims the offer. BitStarz also "reserve the right to lower the percentage of the Reload Monday bonus to a 25% bonus" for players it deems to have received "an un-proportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus release to deposit ratio", and to "exclude players entirely from receiving bonuses at our sole discretion". No ratio is given, so a player cannot tell in advance what counts as too many bonuses.
• Withdrawing a deposit mid-wagering costs every win (clauses 3.6, 3.22 and 3.25). "Players may request a withdrawal of their deposited funds before fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements. However, the bonus must first be cancelled, and in doing so, the bonus amount and all associated winnings will be forfeited." The terms give the reason: "winnings are tied to the bonus". Deposited funds are used before bonus funds, the deposit "is locked with the accepted bonus", and a balance below $0.10 or equivalent forfeits the bonus. A deposit that has won something while a bonus was open can be withdrawn only by giving up that win.
• Audits, abuse and disputes are decided by BitStarz (clauses 3.14, 3.15, 3.19 and 3.23). All withdrawals "will be subject to an internal audit before being processed", BitStarz "reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings resulting from failed audits", and "Players hereby consent to this policy in advance." Anything BitStarz, "in its sole and complete discretion, deems to be abusive" is Promotion Abuse, for which it may revoke the promotion and withhold the proceeds. Where a group of players share betting patterns and are connected by location, banking pattern, IP or other links, it may "confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit". "In the event of any dispute, the decision of BitStarz will be final." The player agrees in advance that the referee is the other side.
• Two play patterns that can cost the winnings (clauses 3.24 and 3.25). Using bonus funds "purely to progress through bonus stages in games and then complete the final stages with cash bets" lets BitStarz "confiscate the winnings", and "Bonus Hunting", reaching a bonus feature, exiting the game and going back later to play it, "may result in the confiscation of any winnings relating to this". A player who leaves a bonus feature to return to it falls inside the definition, and the sanction is on the winnings.

The multiplier is 40 wherever the terms do not say otherwise, so the offer a player is in decides how hard it is: seven days for the welcome package, one day by default for the rest, one day to open free spins and one to finish them. Whatever is not finished in time takes its winnings with it.
