Horuscasino

The HorusCasino privacy policy, effective 17 November 2025, states that player data may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area, and handled there by staff of the casino or its suppliers, and that "By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing." The same policy names the GDPR and the laws of the autonomous island of Anjouan as its framework, lists the rights it gives by article number, and typically keeps data for five years after account closure. Requests go to a Data Protection Officer at dpo@moonseeker-srl.com, while no company is named as the controller of the data. The agreement to move the data abroad comes with the sign-up form, not as a question of its own.
