Under the HorusCasino KYC policy, no withdrawal is processed from an account until KYC verification is completed, and the request for documents is an automated email sent when a player reaches a deposit threshold the policy does not state. The player must then send a valid ID and a proof of address dated within the previous six months. If they do not arrive within 30 days of the first request, the team requests them again and the account is disabled, with deposits, gameplay and withdrawals switched off. A player cannot tell from the policy how much they can deposit before the check begins, only that a withdrawal waits for it.
The HorusCasino privacy policy, effective 17 November 2025, states that player data may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area, and handled there by staff of the casino or its suppliers, and that "By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing." The same policy names the GDPR and the laws of the autonomous island of Anjouan as its framework, lists the rights it gives by article number, and typically keeps data for five years after account closure.
