We check casino terms and conditions at least daily, so you know when they change. An editor verifies each change before it is published here.
Clause 4 sets the welcome pack's wagering at 35x deposit plus bonus, so the full €1,000 first-deposit bonus (200% on a €500 deposit) requires €52,500 of bets within 10 days at a €5 maximum stake, and Clause 9 then caps what converts to real money at 5x the bonus, or €5,000. Clause 1.1 adds a trap: after converting, you must withdraw before making a new deposit and continuing to play, or subsequent winnings are annulled beyond 5x the initial bonus. The four stages add up to €3,500 and 325 free spins, and Clause 15 lets you withdraw your own money before wagering if you give up the bonus.
Clause 1.5 of Emperia Casino's bonus terms limits the real money you can take from any deposit bonus to 5x the bonus amount; a registration no-deposit bonus and no-deposit free spins stop at €50, other no-deposit bonuses at 5x the bonus (Clauses 1.1 and 1.2), deposit free spins at €100. Clause 16.4 makes 87 named slots, Starburst, Book of Dead and Reactoonz among them, unplayable while a bonus is active, Clause 16.1 gives table games and video poker a 0% wagering contribution, and Clause 16.5 bars live casino while a bonus is active. Players in Finland, Ireland and Japan get no bonuses at all except cashback (Clause 2.1). One player-friendly rule is that real money is played first and can be withdrawn before the bonus is touched (Clauses 8 and 9).
Riobet has rebuilt its Welcome Pack from a three-tier offer with 70 free spins into a four-deposit chain worth 325% in bonuses and 400 free spins. Wagering stays at 35x on deposit bonuses and 30x on spin winnings. Two of the changes moved the other way: the minimum deposit rose from $5/€5 to $7/€6 (the ruble figure is unchanged), and the maximum on the 75% bonus fell from $750/€750 to $693/€597. The free spin win cap is not new: it was $100/€100 and is now $111/€96, lower in euros and higher in dollars.
Version 1.11 of Cazimbo's General Terms grows the Prohibited Games list in clause 7.10 from 1,994 entries to 2,473, among them Great Blue, Santa Surprise and Dragon Dance. Those games "cannot be played at all when there is an active bonus on the account", and the clause states no consequence for playing one. Clause 9.4 reserves the right to void winnings and the bonus balance and to confiscate the real money balance of a player it reasonably suspects of having "otherwise breached the Terms". Clause 7.8 adds seven names to the list that counts 10% toward wagering. A player with a bonus has almost 2,500 entries to check, and the terms set no fixed price for a mistake.
The page carrying Novajackpot's Weekly Cashback terms now returns a 404. The earlier capture listed cashback of 5%, 10% and 15% of net losses at VIP Levels 3, 4 and 5, capped at €1,000, €2,000 and €3,000, with 1x wagering and "the Max Bet Limit will not apply, though subject to change without notice". A 404 does not show whether the offer continues.
Tsars has lowered the account balance that triggers a game check under clause 8.21. The trigger previously required a balance of €50,000 or more at the moment of a withdrawal request, or a win of €10,000 or more. It now triggers at a balance higher than €25,000, with no reference to a withdrawal request, and at a single win higher than €10,000, and adds a new trigger: winnings higher than 5,000x the original bet. Three things changed in one edit. The balance threshold is halved and no longer tied to a withdrawal request, the win trigger moved from "equal to or more than" to "higher than" €10,000, and a multiplier-based trigger that did not previously exist is introduced. Because 5,000x is measured against the stake rather than the payout, a win from a small bet can now trigger a review at amounts far below any previous threshold — a €0.20 spin paying 5,000x returns €1,000, which would not have met either of the old triggers. Clause 8.21 states these check-ups could take up to 7 working days. That duration is unchanged by this edit; what changed is how many players fall into it.
Tsars has moved the deposit turnover requirement in clause 8.3.2.1 from the end of the clause to the beginning, and rephrased it. The requirement itself is unchanged: 3x the deposited amount on slot games and 5x on all other games before a withdrawal, with a 20% fee the casino reserves the right to charge where it has not been met. The requirement now appears at the top of the section instead of the end.
The day after the payout change was detected, the same change to refunds was detected. The clause previously read that withdrawals, including refunds, shall be provided within 24 hours after completion of KYC and approval of the account; it now reads within 72 hours. Taken with the payout change recorded on 3 June 2026, both of the casino's stated turnaround commitments moved from 24 to 72 hours within 48 hours of each other.
Tsars has tripled the processing time stated in its payout clause. The clause previously read that all payout requests are processed in the order of the queue within 24 hours; it now reads within 72 hours. The rest of the payout clause is identical — the queue language and the ordering — only the number moved. The same capture also reworded clause 4.8. That figure is the casino's own stated commitment for how long it may take to process a withdrawal request once made. Tripling it widens the window from one day to three.
