Terms & Conditions Tracker
We check casino terms and conditions at least daily, so you know when they change. An editor verifies each change before it is published here.
The NovaJackpot responsible gaming policy tells a player to self-exclude by emailing the Support Service Team at support@novajackpot.com, after which "we will close your account as soon as practicable". It gives no number of hours or days. The policy makes it "the player’s sole responsibility" to make sure no further accounts are opened, and states that the site "cannot be held responsible for any potential losses incurred on other accounts". Registration under 18 is prohibited and the winnings of underage players "shall be canceled". On age the policy puts the checking on the company, and on duplicate accounts it puts it on the player.
Emperia Casino's responsible gaming policy gives one route to self-exclusion: a message to support naming a period between 6 months and 5 years. The policy says the exclusion is "permanent for the set time span" and will not be undone, and that creating a new account during it breaches the Terms of Service and may result in the permanent ban of the original account. Deposit limits, time limits and breaks appear only as advice to the player, and the policy names no tool for setting them. Neither when an exclusion starts nor what happens when it ends is stated.
Section 9 of Emperia Casino's privacy policy reserves the right to run a security review at any time, and says reviews "may include but are not limited to ordering a credit report". The policy lists a right to have information confirmed, updated and complained about, a promotional opt-out, and a complaint to a supervisory authority under Article 77 of the GDPR. It lists no right to erase data, to receive a copy or to port it, and no right to object beyond marketing, where the casino "will" on request "mark any information to prohibit future use for marketing purposes". It states no retention period. The player is bound by the review and has no stated way to have the data removed.
Clause 7.6 of Emperia Casino's terms lets the casino close an account when "the user has not logged into their account for 90 days in a row", and then it "has the right to write off the remaining funds from the inactive account in its favor". A deposit has to be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal (5.6), withdrawals are limited to €1,000 a transaction, €3,000 a day and €20,000 in 30 days unless a larger amount is agreed (6.11), and using a VPN or proxy is listed as improper activity that lets the casino forfeit all account balances without prior notification (9.3). The write-off clause says nothing about a warning first.
Clause 3.7 lets a player close an account on request only when it holds no balance and no pending withdrawal, and adds that for anyone who closes it anyway, "all the funds on your account will be voided". Clause 7.16 holds the winnings from a casino bonus to 5 times the bonus amount, so a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus can release 100 EUR at most. Withdrawals run to a monthly limit set by VIP level, from 7,000 EUR at Level 1 to 25,000 EUR at Level 5, and clause 6.7 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal when less than 20 EUR was wagered in the calendar month of the request. A player who asks to close the account with money still in it is told the money is voided, not returned.
Clause 7.19 now lists "placing individual bet amounts greater than 100 EUR before wagering is met" as promotion abuse, where it listed 5 EUR before. Section 6 of the Bonus Crab annex raises its maximum bet with bonus money from 5 EUR to 100 EUR as well, and every currency figure there is twenty times the old one, 5 USD becoming 100 USD and 50 NOK becoming 1,000 NOK. Breaking the limit still reaches the winnings: clause 7.20 reserves the right to void all promotions the player took part in and to void and confiscate the winnings from them. The new ceiling equals the 100 EUR that the terms' own example allows to be withdrawn from a 10 EUR deposit bonus.
The monthly withdrawal limit in the Wolfy Casino terms is now 10,000 EUR, down from 20,000 EUR, while the weekly limit stays at 5,000 EUR. The casino's right to pay withdrawals of winnings in instalments now starts at 10,000 EUR instead of 20,000 EUR, and exceptions to the weekly and monthly limits can still be made for players with a higher VIP status, at the discretion of management. At the monthly limit alone, a €40,000 win takes four months to withdraw where it took two.
Clause 7.16, which used to cover only no-deposit bonuses, now opens "Unless specified otherwise by the specific promotion rules, any bonus is subject to the following requirements:" and adds a deposit-bonus line. A deposit casino bonus has wagering of x35 the initial amount of the deposit and bonus received and a maximum withdrawal limit of x10 the bonus amount received, and the clause's own example is a 10 EUR deposit bonus with a limit of 100 EUR. If a 10 EUR bonus came with a 10 EUR deposit, the wagering would be 35 times 20 EUR, which is 700 EUR in bets to release at most 100 EUR.
Two clauses in the Responsible Gaming section of the Wolfy Casino Terms and Conditions named the operator as [BRAND NAME], a template placeholder, and now read Wolfy casino. They are two of the four reasons for which the operator may exclude a player or terminate an account, and nothing else in the document changed. No rule, limit or right moved, and the clauses no longer carry a blank where the casino's name belongs.
