Tsars sets standard withdrawal limits of €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week and €30,000 per month. Under clause 8.15, Tsars reserves the right to set a withdrawal limit of €500 per week for a player whose wins came from gameplay with a welcome-package bonus, until all funds have been withdrawn or the balance is below €10 — a thirtyfold reduction against the standard weekly limit, applied to exactly the players a welcome bonus is designed to attract. Under 8.17 even the standard limits may be changed or reduced at the administration's discretion, no more than once a month. Two further costs sit on ordinary play. Deposited funds carry a turnover requirement of 3x on slots and 5x on all other games before withdrawal, with a 20% fee that Tsars reserves the right to charge where it has not been met (8.3.2; the multipliers are in 8.3.2.1). Every deposit also carries a flat €1.00 charge.
VeloBet's refund policy gives players five (5) days to produce certified identification on request. If it isn't supplied in that window, the policy states all user funds are cancelled and the account closed — a decision it explicitly says is not subject to appeal. VeloBet's own KYC policy never uses the word "certified": it asks for a copy of an ID or passport and, if necessary, a recent proof of residence, through an automated process. Refunds carry further cost: VeloBet may apply a 20% administrative fee plus any accrued processing fees, at the company's sole discretion. Refund requests must themselves be made within 14 days of the transaction, or 30 days where a player alleges someone else accessed their account.
HotSlots sets a Single Win Limit of €/$50,000 and a Daily Win Limit of €/$100,000, and reserves the right to void winnings above them. It also reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits: for regular players they may apply at up to €/$5,000 a month, so one win at the single-win limit would take ten months to collect. Daily and weekly limits of up to €/$500 and €/$1,500 may apply, and limits of up to €/$22,500 a month may apply to High Value and VIP players. NovaJackpot's Sunday Funday is a 25% bonus up to €200 on deposits made on Sunday, and the player has to "contact us via Live Chat or e-mail at support@novajackpot.com and request the bonus". The bonus must be wagered 35 times deposit plus bonus within 10 days of activation, with a maximum bet of €5. At a 25% match that is 175 times the bonus: a €100 deposit earns a €25 bonus and needs €4,375 of bets (35 x €125), and the maximum €200 bonus on an €800 deposit needs €35,000. The page also describes the bonus as "up to 25% from the lost amount" in one place and as a bonus on the deposit in another. Each euro of bonus has to be matched by €175 of bets.
The NovaJackpot weekly cashback pays 5% at VIP Level 3, 10% at Level 4 and 15% at Level 5 of net losses on casino games, up to €1,000, €2,000 and €3,000. It is open only to "the top 3 VIP levels", the player must opt in, and the cashback must be wagered 1x before it can be withdrawn. Losses in Live Casino, Sports and Virtual Sports do not count, and net losses from bonus money and jackpot wins are left out of the calculation. The same €20,000 weekly net loss returns €1,000 at Level 3 and €3,000 at Level 5.
The NovaJackpot Weekly Reload gives 50 free spins for the first deposit of the week, made between Monday 00:00 and Thursday 23:59 UTC with a minimum of €20, after the player has opted in for that week. The spins are credited on "a popular slot selected by administration" at minimum spin value, must be used within 7 days, and their winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement to be met within 10 days of activation. The maximum bet while playing with bonus money is 100 EUR. Residents of Thailand, Japan, Brazil, Chile and Peru are subject to a Max Win cash-out rule of 10x the value of the bonus amount. The slot and the spin value are the casino's choice, so the player has no control over the stake the winnings come from.
The NovaJackpot Sport First Deposit Bonus is 100% of the first deposit up to €100, but it is not credited on deposit. The player must first play through the full deposit once at odds of at least 1.50 with every bet settled, and only then is the bonus activated. After that comes a wagering requirement of 6 times deposit plus bonus (5 times for Germany, Austria, Finland, Norway and Switzerland) on single bets at odds of at least 2.00 or multi-bets at 1.50 per selection, to be met within 30 days of the first deposit, and winnings from the bonus funds are subject to a maximum release of 10 times the bonus. On a €100 deposit that is €100 of bets to activate the bonus and a €1,200 rollover, for a bonus that releases at most €1,000.
The NovaJackpot welcome package spreads 250% up to €2,500 and 250 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to €1,000 with 100 free spins, 50% up to €500 with 50 free spins, then 100% up to €1,000 with 100 free spins. Every bonus carries a wagering requirement of 35 times the deposit and the bonus, free-spin winnings carry 40 times, and the wagering must be finished within 10 days of activation. Winnings from the bonus funds are "subject to a maximum release of 10x the bonus amount credited". At the first deposit's maximum, a €1,000 deposit and €1,000 bonus mean €70,000 of bets in 10 days, which is €7,000 a day and at least 700 bets at the €100 maximum bet.
The NovaJackpot privacy notice says a player must give a social security number to create an account, and its due diligence section adds identity document numbers, source of wealth or funds, bank ID and financial details. Data is kept "for the duration that you maintain an account with us and to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice", and may be kept longer under anti-money-laundering or other regulatory rules or while a business need remains, but the notice never states a number of years. It also says that when a player complains to a review site or forum, NovaJackpot may disclose personal data to that platform. The notice leaves the length of time to unnamed legal rules and gives the player the job of noticing when it changes.
