Terms & Conditions Tracker
We check casino terms and conditions at least daily, so you know when they change. An editor verifies each change before it is published here.
HitnSpin's privacy notice, version 2.0 published on 12 February 2025, keeps the data of account holders for six years from the date the account is closed, and the verification data it lists runs from an ID photo and utility bills to confirmation of the source of wealth and funds and the record of any video or audio verification call. It sets out seven data rights, free of charge with a reply within one month, and says the biometric data behind Face ID and Touch ID logins never reaches the casino, only the result of the check. The controller it names is "Hitnspin", the brand, while ICS Manpower Solutions Ltd. in Cyprus is given as the operator and TwiceDice B.V. in Curaçao as the licence holder. A player who wants to use one of those rights has an email address to write to, but the controller who must answer is named only by the brand, not by a registered company.
Clause 11 of GGBET's betting bonus conditions limits the real money a redeemed bonus can pay to $50 or €50, unless the bonus's own terms name another figure, and voids the rest. Reaching that point takes 20 times the credited amount within 14 days (clause 5), on settled single bets at odds of 1.75 or more (clause 6), and bonus funds are used only once the real balance is empty (clause 7). A $100 bonus would need $2,000 of single bets in two weeks to turn into at most $50, half of what was credited.
Under High Roller's Privacy Policy, accepting any contest prize or winnings counts as consent to the use of the player's name or nickname in advertising without additional compensation, and personal data is kept for at least five years from the last transaction or account closure, with erasure requests before then refused. Betting and gameplay may be profiled for marketing, data can be gathered from online searches and media publications, and any decision made solely by automated processing can be challenged, with a review by a human on request. The consent to publicity is never asked for on its own: it arrives with the payout.
GGBET’s privacy notice keeps personal data for six (6) years from the closure of the account and the end of the contract, and grounds that period first in anti-money-laundering law which, in the notice’s own words, generally requires identification, verification and transaction data to be kept for at least five (5) years. The other grounds are limitation periods for legal claims and preventing repeated registration, fraud and abuse. The notice names two data controllers, ASG 360 Services Limited in Cyprus and River Entertainment B.V. in Curaçao, says data is stored within the European Economic Area, and lists the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, with deletion described as not absolute. The anti-money-laundering minimum the notice cites first is five years, and the sixth year rests on the limitation periods and the fraud-prevention grounds that follow it.
The Sunday Reload pays 50% on a Sunday deposit, up to a €550 bonus, plus 50 free spins on RIP City (Hacksaw). Clause 4 wagers it 35 times and writes Deposit + Bonus in brackets beside the multiplier, and clause 8 cancels the bonus one day after activation. At a 50% match the deposit is twice the bonus, so read with the deposit counted the wagering comes to 105 times the bonus: a €20 deposit and its €10 bonus need €1,050 turned over, and the maximum bonus needs €57,750. Clause 9 then lets at most €2,750 of the maximum bonus convert to real money, one twenty-first of the turnover it asks for.
Cosmobet requires any certified identification documents it asks for to arrive within five days of the request, and if they do not, all user funds may be cancelled and the account may be closed. The policy adds: "This decision is final and not subject to appeal." A refund itself is considered only within 14 days of the transaction, or 30 calendar days where a player says someone else accessed the account, and not at all once the deposited funds and any associated bonuses have been used in play. Its costs fall on the player and may include an administrative fee of up to 20%, at the company's sole discretion. The deadline sits in a refund policy, but what it puts at risk is the whole balance, not only the refund.
HitnSpin's bonus terms and conditions cap bets with casino bonus money at 5 EUR per spin, and the sanction for a breach reads: "Violation of this rule at any stage of the gameplay or betting, regardless of the outcome, will lead to the cancellation of all player's balances (real and bonus), the forfeiture of any winnings derived from such bet(s), and/or account closure." The next sentence leaves the decision entirely to HitnSpin's administration. Every bonus and free spin must be wagered within 5 days unless its own conditions say otherwise, live, table and instant games do not count, and bonus wagering is barred on every game from 41 providers. Three further clauses reach the real balance for bonus abuse or postponed game rounds. A rule written for the bonus balance can be enforced on the money the player deposited.
Clause 8.17 of HitnSpin's general terms and conditions says that once a player's withdrawal requests, current balance and lifetime withdrawals add up to at least 20 times their total deposits, the player may be limited to €5,000 (or the equivalent in their currency) of withdrawals in 30 days. Clause 8.11.6 reserves the right to withhold 20% of a withdrawal when deposit turnover falls short of a line the sentence leaves unclear, and approval of a withdrawal above €30,000 can take up to 30 working days. Clause 11.4 goes furthest: an account blocked on a suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other conduct in violation of the Terms leaves the company under no obligation to refund the funds in it. The cap is written for the players who win the most, and the balance clause reaches any suspected breach of the Terms, not only fraud.
High Roller's General Terms & Conditions charge no fee on deposits or withdrawals, require every deposit to be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, and set no withdrawal maximum of their own: an amount above the payment method's limit is paid in instalments, with processing of up to five business days. The operator reserves the right to call a player to carry out a check, and if the call is not completed within two weeks for a reason attributable to the player, the account will be permanently terminated, winnings from what the clause calls the fraudulent transaction voided, and the remaining balance refunded. A missed document deadline cancels the withdrawal and may close the account at the operator's discretion, while a missed call closes it outright.
