The Cazimbo Privacy Notice, effective October 2024, lists a social security number among the details needed to open an account, beside email, date of birth, phone number and full name, and asks for it again with source of wealth or funds, bank ID and financial statements for KYC and anti-money-laundering checks. Identity documents collected for those checks may be shared with payment providers. The clause with the widest reach concerns complaints: when a player raises one with a casino review site, gambling forum or dispute resolution body, Cazimbo may be required to respond directly to that platform and may disclose the personal data needed to identify the account. The basis is Cazimbo's legitimate interest in its business reputation, so it is the player's post that opens the door, not the player's consent.
The Casinostars KYC policy gives a player 30 days from the first request to send a valid ID and a proof of address dated within the previous six months. If the documents do not arrive, the team requests them again and the account is disabled, with deposits, gameplay and withdrawals all switched off. The request itself is an automated email sent when the player reaches a deposit threshold the policy does not state, and no withdrawal is processed until verification is complete. The policy names neither the amount that starts the clock nor what happens to the balance once the account is switched off.
Carat Casino's Welcome Bonus Vault lets a new player choose one of three options on each of the first three qualifying deposits: Easy at 5x wagering (50% up to $100), Balanced at 20x (100% up to $500 on the first deposit) or Boost at 40x (150% up to $750 on the first deposit). Taking Boost three times gives up to $2,250 and 150 Free Spins. The page never says whether the multiple is counted on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus, and on the largest first-deposit Boost that is the difference between $30,000 and $50,000 of bets. Maximum bet, game contribution and expiry are not on the page either. The player chooses before depositing, and the one fact that would make the three options comparable is the one left out.
Carat Casino's KYC policy, issued under the name Leopard B.V., makes due diligence mandatory once deposits reach XCG 4,000 in a 365-day period, and puts a player into enhanced due diligence when they try to deposit more than 45% of their gross income or reach 15,000 euro of deposits in a year. At that level the player must prove the source of wealth with documents, such as three months of bank statements for a salary or a copy of the deceased's will for an inheritance. If an automatic request goes unanswered, withdrawals are blocked for 30 days and the account is hard-blocked after, and the funds are to be sent back. On a closed account, deposited funds go back to the deposit method where possible, less transmission charges. The threshold that matters most is set by the player's own income, and the policy states it as a percentage, not an amount.
Clause 1.4 of Brango Casino's privacy policy reads: "All email and other communication or correspondence between you and the Casino is private and not for distribution or publication on Internet forums." The six-clause policy also guarantees not to sell, give away or otherwise communicate personal information to any third party, and lists four documents that may be requested at the first withdrawal: photo ID, a utility bill, a card statement and both sides of every card used to deposit. The record a player most needs in a dispute, what support wrote to them, is the one the policy says is not for public view.
Clause 1.7 of the Blaze Spins privacy policy states that a player who wins a significant prize deemed notable by Blaze Spins consents to reasonable publicity related to that win, and that Blaze Spins reserves the right to publish the player's first name and the initial of their surname in promotional materials, announcements or on the website. The policy runs to eight short clauses. It promises not to sell personal data, lets players ask for data to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and puts the marketing opt-out in the account settings. It names no company holding the data, no law it follows and no period for which data is kept. Blaze Spins decides which win is notable, and the player has agreed to the announcement before the win exists.
Betzard's Privacy Policy lists occupation, marital status and family, and hobbies as identity data, beside name, date of birth, passport number and a photograph, and keeps transactional data for at least five years. It names both the National Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR as the law it processes under, sets out the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and states that a person makes the final decision in its automated checks. After the rights comes this sentence: "It is important to note that notwithstanding such rights, The Company may still refuse such a request if it can reasonably justify such a decision." The rights are written out in full, and the sentence that follows them leaves the company to judge when they apply.
Casombie's privacy notice, effective since October 2024, says that when a player submits a complaint, review or query to a casino review site, gambling forum or dispute resolution body, the casino may be required to respond to that platform directly, disclosing personal data limited to what is needed to identify the account and respond. The ground it gives is its legitimate interest in protecting its business reputation. Registration asks for a social security number alongside name, date of birth and gender, and the notice names no company as data controller and sets no retention period, only that data is deleted or anonymised once the account is closed and no legal or business need remains. Going public about a dispute is the step that lets the casino's answer carry details of the account.
Under clause 10.1.7 of the Casinostars bonus terms, a bonus stays active from the moment it is claimed until a withdrawal request has been processed or the balance falls to 1 EUR, and the clause states that playing with the real money balance rather than the bonus balance does not change that. For the whole period, clause 10.1.6 sets a maximum bet of 3 EUR per round and clause 10.1.8 forbids jackpot games, table games, video poker, virtual games, live casino and sportsbook bets. Clause 10.1.4 spends the real money first, and clause 10.1.3 limits withdrawals from a deposit bonus to 5 times the deposit, with any balance above that forfeited. A player's own deposit is played under the bonus's rules from the first spin to the first processed withdrawal.
