Terms & Conditions Tracker
We check casino terms and conditions at least daily, so you know when they change. An editor verifies each change before it is published here.
Cashed's Privacy Notice, effective since October 2024, lists a social security number among the details a player needs to provide to open an account, and asks for it again with source of wealth, bank ID and financial statements for identity and anti-money-laundering checks. It names the GDPR, sets out the rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and keeps data while the account is open and longer where anti-money-laundering rules require it. One clause reaches past the account. If a player takes a complaint, review or query to a casino review site, gambling forum or dispute resolution body, the notice says: "In doing so, we may disclose personal data strictly limited to what is necessary to identify your account and respond appropriately." A player who complains in public may find the reply identifies their account to the platform hosting the complaint.
Under the Carat Casino privacy policy, accepting any contest prize or winnings counts as consent to the use of the player's name or nickname for advertising, without additional compensation, unless otherwise agreed or prohibited by law. The data controller is given as www.caratcasino.com, a web address, and no company name, postal address or licence number appears anywhere in the policy. Player data is kept for a minimum of five years from the last transaction or account closure under anti-money-laundering rules, and erasure requests before then are refused. The policy says a data protection officer has been appointed, cites Article 77 of the GDPR and offers optional two-factor authentication. It points a player to a supervisory authority without naming the company a complaint would be about.
Once a bonus is claimed at Brango Casino, its rules stay in force after the wagering is met and after a withdrawal is processed, and stop only when a new deposit or bonus is processed while the playable balance is below $1. Deposit bonuses need the deposit plus bonus wagered 15 times with a $/€20 maximum bet, and they are sticky: an amount up to the bonus is deducted from any withdrawal. A breach while the rules are in effect may void all winnings, so a player who has finished the wagering and been paid can still lose a later win to a bonus already cleared.
Clause 2.2 of the Blaze Spins bonus terms uses a player's real funds first when real and bonus money sit together, but while a bonus is active any winnings are attributed to the bonus portion of the balance and stay under its restrictions. Deposit coupons carry 15x wagering on deposit plus bonus and are valid for 7 days, free chips and free-spin winnings carry 40x, and free-spin withdrawals are capped at $/€50 unless stated otherwise. A standard deposit bonus keeps its restrictions while the initial bonus remains in the balance, and removing it after wagering is not automatic but has to be requested from Customer Support. On no-deposit and low-wagering bonuses the restrictions lift only when a deposit or new bonus is made at a balance below $1. A win landed with the player's own money during a bonus waits on the bonus wagering like the bonus itself.
Clause 3.9 of Betzard's General Terms & Conditions says that a player who closes an account with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal has all the funds frozen for up to six months and is returned the last deposit amount, after which the casino reserves the right to withdraw the funds. Clause 3.10 says section 3.7, which introduces these closure conditions, still applies to a request to self-exclude. Withdrawals are capped at €500 a day, €1,500 a week and €5,000 a month, winnings from the First Deposit Bonus are capped at 10 times the deposit and never more than €500, and an account with no login for more than six months can be charged €10 a month. A player who self-excludes with winnings in the account meets the same terms as one who simply wants to leave.
Clause 6.11 of Casombie's General Terms & Conditions ties withdrawals to five VIP levels, from €500 a day and €7,000 a month at Level 1 to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at Level 5, and clause 6.12 states that the status of a customer who has not been actively placing bets for a month is automatically lowered to the lowest level. The casino also reserves the right to decline a withdrawal in any calendar month with less than €20 wagered. Closing an account with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal voids all the funds on the account, a deposit bonus pays out at most 10 times the bonus unless its own rules say otherwise, and a reasonable suspicion of any breach of the Terms gives the casino the right to confiscate the real money balance. A winner who stops playing to wait for the payouts is paid at the slowest rate the terms allow.
The Casinostars general terms state that "All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance." The next sentence lets the casino ask for 5 times the deposit amount at its sole discretion, and the one after it says a charge of 20% may apply to deposits and withdrawals that have not been turned over. Withdrawals are capped at €2,500 a week and €10,000 a month, a withdrawal of €20,000 or more in winnings can be split into instalments without interest, and an account with no transactions for 6 months can be charged €5 a month. The turnover a withdrawal needs is 1x on paper, and the document leaves the casino free to make it five.
Clause 3.7 lets a player close a Cashed Casino account only when it holds no balance and no pending withdrawal, and closing it with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal voids all the funds on the account. Withdrawals run on VIP limits that start at €500 a day and €7,000 a month, and the casino reserves the right to decline one if less than €20 was wagered in that calendar month. A deposit bonus needs the deposit plus bonus wagered 35 times within 10 days and pays out at most 10 times the bonus, while more than 2,700 games cannot be played at all with a bonus active. Two more clauses end in lost money: identity documents for a refund not sent within 30 days forfeit all funds in the account, and a reasonable suspicion that the Terms were breached lets the casino confiscate the real money balance. Leaving Cashed Casino costs nothing only for a player who has already been paid in full.
Carat Casino's general terms oblige the player to log in at least once a month to keep up with changes to the terms and conditions, and Carat Casino reserves the right to edit and update them with no notice period stated. Payout limits are not written in the document. They are shown in the player's account, set by Carat Casino's own standards, and Carat Casino has the right at any time to raise or lower them and to set additional limits on specific players without explanation. A claim about the account statement or balance must be raised within 14 days of the event, or the player is treated as agreeing with it. The rules can change with no notice promised and the limits carry no figure, and the work of noticing either falls on the player.
