Betzard's bonus terms, last updated 26 August 2026, put a x40 wagering requirement on every deposit bonus in its €4,000 welcome pack and cap free-spin winnings at 10 times the deposit. Two clauses reach past the bonus to the whole balance: postponing a bonus round played with bonus money until wagering is finished, or until a new deposit is made, gets the account blocked and all funds on the balance seized, and activating a bonus more than once from one device, IP address, address, phone number or payment account ends in the same confiscation. The document also gives three maximum bets for bonus play, €5 in each deposit bonus and two different defaults of €6.50 and €10, and from the fourth deposit on it adds a bonus even when the player has ticked "I don't want to receive any Bonuses". In both seizure clauses the deposit is part of what is taken, not only what the bonus produced.
Each of Cosmobet's first four deposits earns a 100% bonus up to €500, and each bonus carries a 30x (deposit + bonus) wagering requirement that must be completed within 7 days. The deposit itself moves to the bonus balance and counts towards wagering, so a €500 deposit that takes the full €500 bonus needs €30,000 of wagering before a withdrawal can be made without cancelling the bonus. The package terms allow a €5 maximum bet and name no maximum win. At that maximum bet, clearing one full bonus takes at least 6,000 bets inside a week.
Clause 7.10 of the Cazimbo Terms & Conditions reads: "In addition, the Prohibited Games cannot be played at all when there is an active bonus on the account." Three titles came off that list between the captures of 9 and 26 July 2026: Crab Trap, Slot Crab and CashCrab Football PvP. None was added, and the list still holds 2,470 entries, some of them the same title listed more than once. A player with a bonus running can now open three games that were closed on 9 July, and every other name on the ban stays where it was.
Clause 19, which read "The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the Real balance will be 50 EUR for up to 50 Free Spins, or 100 EUR for over 50 Free Spins. Any amount exceeding that will be voided.", is deleted in the capture detected on 22 August; the capture detected on 20 August had added it. On the reading that the cap applied to each deposit bonus, the €250 ceiling across the package's 250 free spins was gone from the capture detected two days after it appeared. What the edit detected on 20 August did elsewhere stays: Clause 18 keeps its plain 10x wording, and the deleted clauses on denying a bonus at any time and on requesting documents before crediting one do not return.
Clause 19, the cap of €50 for up to 50 free spins and €100 above with the excess voided, is deleted two days after the capture that first showed it. The free spins' winnings no longer have a cap of their own, and the document does not say whether the 10x cap of Clauses 12 and 18 also reaches free-spin winnings. The rest of the edit detected on 20 August stands: Clause 18 keeps its new one-line 10x wording, and the two deleted clauses — on denying a bonus at any time and on requesting documents before crediting one — do not return. The document now has nineteen clauses; before the edit detected on 20 August it had twenty-one.
A new Clause 19: "The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the Real balance will be 50 EUR for up to 50 Free Spins, or 100 EUR for over 50 Free Spins. Any amount exceeding that will be voided." The package hands out 100, 50 and 100 spins across three deposits — €100, €50 and €100, so €250 is the most the 250 advertised spins can release, on the reading that the cap applies to each deposit bonus; Clause 19 says "the bonus" and does not say whether it is per deposit bonus. In the same edit Clause 18 dropped its five-country list and its "We may cancel a withdrawal" sentence in favour of a plain 10x line, and the two clauses on denying a bonus at any time and on requesting ID and other documentation before crediting a bonus or processing a withdrawal of winnings were deleted outright. Clause 17 still reserves the right to "modify and terminate the promotion at its discretion and without giving any prior notice".
A new Clause 19 limits what free spins can release to the real balance: €50 for up to 50 free spins, €100 for more than 50, and "Any amount exceeding that will be voided." The welcome package advertises 250 free spins in batches of 100, 50 and 100, so the most all of them can pay together is €250, on the reading that the cap applies to each deposit bonus; Clause 19 says "the bonus" and does not say whether it is per deposit bonus. The same edit rewrote Clause 18 from a five-country max-win rule into a one-line 10x cap on the "initial bonus amount", where Clause 12 already caps every player at 10x the "bonus amount credited", and deleted two clauses the casino had kept for itself: the right to deny a bonus "at any time, including prior to crediting", and the right to request documentation such as ID, proof of address and proof of payment before crediting a bonus or processing a withdrawal of winnings. One cap came in and two clauses and one sentence the casino had kept for itself went out, while Clause 17 still reserves the right to "modify and terminate the promotion at its discretion and without giving any prior notice".
Clause 18 now reads "for the residents of Thailand, Japan,Brazil, Chile and Peru" — Japan is the addition — and its example, which quoted only euros, now runs 100 EUR / 100 USD / 600 BRL / 100.000 CLP / 500 PEN / 3,800 THB / 13,000 JPY, with a 130,000 JPY ceiling on a 13,000 JPY bonus. The 10x multiple is not new to Japanese players: Clause 12 already limits every player's release to 10x the bonus. What Clause 18 carries beyond Clause 12 is the sentence that follows, unchanged between the captures: "We may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds the Max Win amount applicable to your bonus." Japan now has the ceiling twice, and the cancellation right once.
In the capture detected four days after Clause 18's worked example grew from five currencies to thirteen, it shrinks again: PLN, NOK, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, HUF and NZD are gone, and 3,800 THB and 13,000 JPY — with ceilings of 38,000 THB and 130,000 JPY — take their place beside the euro, dollar, real, peso and sol. For the first time the example quotes a currency of Thailand or Japan, two of the five countries the 10x Max Win rule is written for. The deposit-bonus clauses keep all thirteen; the win-cap example is back out of step with them.
