The Terms and Conditions now limit what Rolletto is obliged to pay on any single bet or spin, including any bonus round or free spin, to €100,000 or equivalent, down from €200,000 in the previous version. Jackpot winnings are not included. The rest of the clause is unchanged: a win above the cap may be credited to the account, and Rolletto has the right to cut the excess and pay only the Maximum Win Limit. A spin that won €150,000 under the old figure would now pay €100,000, with the €50,000 above the limit liable to be cut if it had been credited to the balance.
Wolfy Casino's Bonus Terms now say winnings from VIP Cashback have a maximum payout of 500€ / 500 USD / 500 CAD / 5000 NOK, with the excess forfeited before a withdrawal is processed. The same sentence sat in the General Terms until the rewrite detected on 14 May, so the cap has come back rather than arrived.
Glorbet's privacy policy says a former customer's data is kept for 10 years, and that the records are kept even when the account is blocked, deactivated or deleted. On request, the policy says it "can delete" personal data once the account is no longer active, except the email address and mobile number, which the company reserves the right to keep so the same details cannot register again, and no period is stated for them. The same policy lists erasure, access, correction, portability, objection and a complaint to a data protection authority among the player's rights. It gives an erasure right and a ten-year rule and does not say which prevails.
Glorbet's general terms reserve the right to confiscate all monetary funds in an account under eight clauses: a disposable email address or phone number (2.2), multiple accounts (2.5), documents not completed in time (5.2), the result of a background investigation (5.3), use the company deems a violation or harmful (6.2), illegal funds or unlawful activity (7.1), a phone number that is wrong or calls that go unanswered after multiple attempts (8.5) and non-compliance with verification or a breach of any provision (8.9). A deposit must be turned over 2 times on slots, casino and live games before it can be withdrawn (9.1.1), and a withdrawal can be paid in instalments of a number and length the company sets (9.3). In most of the eight the company decides whether the trigger has happened.
Glorbet's bonus terms set a 30x rollover and a 10 USD maximum bet, then contradict themselves on the games that earn it: clause 12 gives slots a contribution of 100% and clause 13 says "Slot games excluded from the rollover requirement of a bonus." Winnings from a random drop cannot be withdrawn until the player deposits an amount equal to the drop, and a no-deposit bonus stays pending until the player has deposited at least 1x the amount won. A player cannot tell from the document whether slot play counts towards the rollover at all.
The policy lists seven rights: to be informed, of access (a copy free of charge), rectification, objection, erasure, portability and withdrawal of consent. It refers only to "relevant data protection laws" and names no statute, no company as controller and no authority a complaint can go to, giving dpo@garetonltd.com as the contact. Financial and transactional data is kept for a minimum of five years under anti-money-laundering rules, and for everything else the policy gives no period, saying that data is kept "only for as long as necessary for legal, regulatory, and business purposes". A player gets a list of seven rights and cannot tell from the document which law gives them force.
Clause 8.7.3 says BitStarz.com "reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments", and no clause says what size of win counts as substantial. The same withdrawal section sets a 1-hour target in clause 8.7.1, quotes a 10 minute average in clause 8.7.8, says it charges no withdrawal fee (clause 8.7.10) and asks for deposits to be played through once. Clause 15.1 gives players six months to file any claim, and clause 17.1 sends every dispute to arbitration in Curaçao. A player who wins a large sum is given a speed target in one clause and an undefined reason to wait in another.
Bonuses in the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days and "all other bonuses (unless otherwise stated)" expire 24 hours after being issued, with 40 times wagering on bonuses unless a promotion says otherwise. Free spins must be opened within 1 day of being credited and finished within 1 day of activation, and the 180 welcome free spins need the qualifying deposit wagered once within 24 hours of depositing. Winnings from offers that need no deposit are capped at 100 EUR and stay locked until the player has deposited at least 20 EUR and met the wagering requirement. Whatever is not finished in time takes its winnings with it, so a bonus left on the 24-hour default has one day for the 40 times the welcome package gets seven days for.
In a change detected on 22 May, eight days after its terms listed them, Wolfy Casino removed Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Monaco, the Netherlands and Spain from its prohibited countries. It added Costa Rica and Italy, so residents of those two are now barred from using the casino.
